30 Days Of ForMe: Artist Extraordinaire

Out of all the outfits I've styled so far, this feels the closest to my personal style. I find most pants very ordinary so I almost always wear skirts and dresses, but for harem pants I make an exception. This is the type of outfit I'd wear if I was planning on hanging around a coffee shop all day-- casual, comfortable, but styled with hints of brass and killer shoes.

This top is actually quite long, and it hugs your curves while simultaneously giving you plenty of room to hide your trouble spots. I don't know how they managed it, but it's just one of those pieces that accentuates all the right stuff and hides all the bad. The ruffled sleeves are absolutely gorgeous.

As I add another versatile top to my wardrobe, I am once again pleasantly surprised by how well ForMe clothes fit my shape. I spent the better part of the day at one of their stores last weekend, and I realized how much better their clothes looked when worn rather than on the rack. This is probably just as well, since I'd much rather have clothes that looked good on me rather than on a hanger. :)

1) Wearing necklaces of varying lengths will instantly make a plain top more interesting.
2) You don't necessarily have to wear booties with tights or long pants-- try matching your favourite pair with some knee-length bottoms to mix it up!
