I've seen the strawberry fingernails in person (on a TFS sales assistant), and they looked absolutely adorable. Naturally, I had to try it out myself, but I wanted pastel colors to go with my short nails.
I used two coats of Etude House's pink shimmer metallic polish as my base, and even though it went on a bit too sheer for my taste, I loved how sweet and pink it looked!
The I used my The Face Shop nail dot pen in White to make random seeds. This is actually supposed to be black, but since I wanted to use pastels for my strawberries, I opted for white.
The last step was the pastel green nail polish on the very tips. You can shape these into leaves if you life, but I opted for a simple french tip because my nails are just too short right now. (I had a pretty bad break a few weeks ago so I have to cut them down to the nubs; I can't wait til they grow out!)
The last step is a clear coat of polish. I love how the pale pink shimmer contrasts with the matte gel green polish, hehe. This took me about thirty minutes to do on both hands, so I highly recommend this style if you're in the mood for something quick but cute!
