Tony Moly Gel Liner pots
As most of my readers know, my mum is currently based in a South Korean university (she's an exchange professor). She's super trendy and she's always sending me parcels and parcels of makeup goodies, and I've been having a blast trying everything out. She usually sends me different brands with every parcel, but I've been noticing that she consistently includes one brand: Tony Moly. She says it's really affordable over there, and I've found that it's really consistently awesome.
I'm a huge fan of Etude House pen-type eye liners, but lately I've been trying to find a good substitute because the humidity is making it difficult to handle. As most users know, once you make a mistake with a pen liner, it's really difficult to erase, and with my oily lids it's becoming harder to keep to thin lines.
Anyway, my latest parcel from mum had a bunch of these Tony Moly gel liners, and I have to say that. They. Are. Awesome.
You can get them both in single pots or with an attached brush, and mum got me three singles and one brush included type. I prefer the pots because I can stack them, but I can't deny that the brush included one is really handy. (Plus it's got a sexy shape, hehe.)
They have four available colors: Blue, Black, Brown, and Purple, and I absolutely love them all. The blue and purple give such a wonderfully pigmented shade (and they have no trouble staying even on my weepy waterline). The black and brown shades are of course a must-have for every makeup bag, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how pretty the purple and blue ones looked on me.
Swatches!
The best part of gel liners is that you don't need a completely steady hand to apply them. My hand shakes every now and then, and because it's applied with a brush (and therefor has slightly blurred edges), it doesn't end up looking like a horrible mistake. I highly recommend this liner because it's just so versatile and pretty. Great quality from another great Korean brand! :3
Now, as for my question to my readers: would anyone be interested in purchasing Tony Moly products? I realize that I go on and on about how great these beauty products are but that they're really inaccessible in Manila. I've got a favourite Korean products seller on ebay.ph, and even she doesn't carry Tony Moly products. :(
I'm going to visit my mum in a couple of weeks, and I was wondering if anyone would want me to bring back some Tony Moly products to sell. I don't want to resell Etude House or SkinFood because a lot of people already sell those on Ebay, but I want Tony Moly as a brand to gain more recognition because hey, it's awesome! My mum has sent everything from their BB creams to their highlighters to their makeup removers, and they're all of really good quality.
Anyway, these gel liners would cost around Php350 if I sold them, and that's about the same (if not cheaper) than local Etude House prices. Let me know what you think, ladies! :)
EDIT: Tony Moly Gel Liners now available for Php350 at my online shop! Click here to visit!

In a word, from the way you describe it, yes. I love the color and so far it seems to be the only one I see (from your picture) that doesn't require surgeon hands to apply.
Aaaaw, you're going to SK? =) My scheduled trip to South Korea on Jan. 2011 won't push through because I'll be giving birth by then.
Yeah, bringing Tony Moly and other Korean brands will be a good idea Lizz.
I'd love to try these out! Although the biggest problem I have with gel liners is that they're only as good as the eyeliner brush you have. Maybe you can bring back the ones that come with the brush? Is the brush thin enough to make a neat, fine line? :D
I will buy one from you if you're selling them! :o Dark blue one! :)
Zhu- Awesome! :D It really is a great product.
Badet- Oh, sayang! You should move it nalang cuz it's such a great place to shop. :D
Lauren- That's absolutely true! Mom got me a TonyMoly eyeliner brush to go with each gel liner, and I have one for each pot. I think they must be inexpensive, so it's a good thing you mentioned that so I know that I should bring those back also. :D And yes, the brush is excellent. In the purple passion tutorial, I used a tonymoly brush (the one that doesn't come with the long pot) and it gave me an awesome thin line. :D
Tiffy- Awesome! Got it. :D
I'd buy one (or even two)! It looks great and the price is really wallet-friendly too. :)

Chubisco- Great! I'm glad you're interested, haha. What colors would you be interested in, if ever? :)
Anonymous- I'm not sure, but since they're in Etude House range, I'm sure they'll be affordable. I'll definitely check them out and get back to you. And yes, I'm definitely going to bring back some BB Cream!
I'd get the black and purple ones. :)

I've been thinking of trying a gel liner and if you can sell them at P350 I would definitely buy one.
Hi Lizz, would love to try the black and purple liners. The one i'm using smudges even in airconditioned places!
Hi girls! The Tony Moly gel liners are now available at my online store! Try them now for only P350. :D http://www.lizzbuenaventura.com/p/shop.html
I checked out your store and am very much interested in these gel liners! I'm totally hopeless with putting on eyeliner.
I want to get one in the generic brown/black first. Do these colors come with brushes as well? Because I have yet to purchase a good eyeliner brush.
Thanks! :)
Juicybear- Hi! Only the pink and blue ones come with a brush, unfortunately! But I use Ellana's eyeliner brush and it works fine. (Alternately, Etude House has a good one also). The black is out of stock, but I still have the 3 regular colors as well as baby pink and powder blue.
