As most of you know, Lauren and Lizette sell some of my one-of-a-kind sculpted jewelry over at Ukay Manila, and here's your chance to win one entirely for free. Since the red rose necklace sold on the first day it came out, I've made a similar color (though it's sculpted differently and is sporting an entirely new necklace design), and adorned it with lovely emerald leaves. I don't like valentines day because we are expected to spend money to show we love someone, when we should and easily can show it for free every damn day!
I know I know, I'm not female, but that sure is a work of art, so I'd have to enter.
I love Valentines because we (at the Heart Center) can use it to promote heart healthy lifestyle and increase awareness in the country to great effect. Media jumps all over anything they can feature about it, and anything that helps save lives, I'm for.

What do you/don't you love about Valentine's Day?
I'm not a huge fan of it because it's all about buying corny gifts, who are supposed to be romantic.
I love the whole idea of Valentine's Day but the thing is people are making it too commercial. And it has become something kinda like extortion, y'know people just have to buy stuff for their special someone because it's bad not to. Love is more than that.

I love Valentine's Day because flowers are everywhere! I love seeing people receiving flowers/bouquets, even if I don't usually receive one. Hehehe. I enjoy watching the different "emotions" that people show during this holiday. :)

I don't like valentine's day because my hubby's not a sweet type of a man and I cannot do anything about it :(. Since it is valentine's day, I see a lot of flowers being delivered. I just feel sadness because I couldn't feel that kind of experience. Sad but true, some guys are really not that showy.

Well, like everyone, I love it because it was a special day to celebrate love. I don't love it because it is exactly the day when my father's borrowed life is returned to God. Of course I missed him. But I'm happy that he need not to feel all the pain now. But Valentine's Day just reminds me of him the more.

Valentines? who wouldn't like the aura of that sweet and romantic season? a day that is full of blossom love. yeah, it's not that i could relate much with their feeling, but the joy that is written in the eyes of each lover is just enough for me to feel the exact warmth feeling they experience on that day of hearts.
