the most awesome gift i received for Christmas was a friendship book from my superfriend. symbolic gifts are more pleasing to me than material gifts. she wanted to fortify our friendship (because we didn't see each other that often anymore!) and she made me aware of that through the very entertaining yet touching book. :)

Weeks ago, I was confined in a hospital to address a seemingly minor illness. It turned out to be a just-in-the-nick-of-time scenario because the freaky infection went berserk just a few hours after I familiarized myself with the hospital bed. The medical team was there to defend the fortress (for 3 intense hours) and we won the battle!
So, I received an early Christmas gift this year, and I consider it the best ever... for apparent reasons. =D

The most awesome Christmas gift I've ever received is a small Ralph Lauren toiletry back from my cousin. I find it awesome not because of the gift but because it was very unexpected. My cousin doesn't usually give gifts. He's rich but very stingy lol.

The most wonderful gift that I had received last Christmas was a surprise holiday of my mom! She was working abroad in Switzerland and she had surprised when she arrived at home without informing us!

the best xmas gift ever was a pad of paper, a ball pen, and a pink pencil case.
I received this gift when I was like 5years old. And you just don't know how happy I felt upon receiving my first pad paper and ball pen. lol Happiness in childhood days cant be compared to anything, its just so... pure? :) well that's it.

The best christmas Gift I recieved was an antique wooden box from my great great grand mother. I don't know where she got it, because i haven't seen her using it before..and she was not able to buy one because she's too old to go out..but i was surprised to see the box, it was so beautiful and was so old...
Being a History Major, I really have a deep appreciation when it comes to antiques,and my lola knows that. I know that the box means a lot to her...but she gave it to me as a present for Christmas. I still have it now..even if my lola is not with me anymore..I will forever cherish all the memories we've shared by just looking at the box she had given me...Merry Christmas!

The best gift I received was a necklace with a heart pendant that my boyfriend gave to me just this Christmas.
