Alba Botanica: Terratints Lip Balm are L-O-V-E

Beauty Find: Terratint lip balm in "Bloom"

So I just discovered the wonder of Terratints the other day! I'm a complete lip balm- with- a- hint- of- color junkie, and when I was checking out the Healthy Options aisles at SM City, these little babies just LEAPT OUT and screamed "buy me!"

They're supposed to be 70% Organic and ALL OF THEM have a hint of color. Naturally I chose the pale pink one and it smells and feels delicious. No crappy flaking off at the end of the day, just soft, supple smoothness. Perfect for the days when I don't want to go full makeup (which is whenever I'm home, natch), and I don't have to be scared of using too much.

I can finally replace my old Blistex Lip Tone (a touch of color, total care-- bleah! They only have one lousy color, lol), which kinda sorta doesn't really do much for me. Lol!

Anyway, these are all 100% mineral colors (i.e. the only type of foundation that I can use that doesn't cause me to break out in a million zits), and they are fantastically cheap. I think I only paid around Php150 (probably less, I can't remember exactly, but for sure it was between P120 to P150) for the one stick, and now I want to go back and get all of them! (Okay, maybe not all of them. Maybe just Dawn, Garnet, and Blaze. :|)

Lipsticks are all well and good, but for silky smooth lips with the perfect hint of color, I'm totally loving Terratints! :D

angel- Thanks, sweetie! But in this case you can totally get Alba Botanica stuff! It's made in the US, haha. Healthy Options actually imports the stuff to here. :D

They have a where-to-buy page up for US customers here: http://www.albabotanica.com/index.php?title=Where+To+Buy

Too bad Terratints didn't work for me. It didn't help on my already dry lips. Maybe because of the minty effect.

I think it's Php 120, cheap lang nga sana no... =)

Heathy Options is love =)

badet - Wah, too bad! :( I also got flakes, but only during the first use (cuz I figured my lips were already dry and lip balm just got rid of it for me haha), but after a few days of everyday use, no more flakes for me! :D
