Beauty Tutorials on YouTube = Very, Very Useful

I'd probably never have the guts to try something this bright, but it's nice to see which shades go with someone of the same skin color. Beauty Guru Aubrey sets you up with as many tutorials are you could possibly want, and there were a couple that I actually wanted to try out.

There was also a very interesting video where she discusses the merits of the $32 MAC 109 brush vs. the Coastal Scents Kabuki Brush for applying foundation.



I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who notices the irony of a product named MAC being totally overpriced, haha. I'm actually considering moving from sponges to this new type of brush because sponges just suck up product like crazy. Sometimes I think more foundation ends up on the sponge than my face!

All in all, I think that the four hours I spent watching Aubrey put makeup on were incredibly well spent. I have a theory that makeup is to women as crack is to... well. You know. ;)
